Where the numbers come from. Tank sizes come from each ship's fuel tank records. Nozzle flow rates exist only in the nozzle's in-game description, so that is where they are read from. Only three nozzles have a name and a published rate (RN-7s, Norfield, Harkin); other nozzle records exist but are unreleased and are not listed. Pod capacity and flow multipliers come from the pod records.
Pod descriptions overstate capacity. The pod records hold about half what the in-game description says. The Gargant description says 24 SCU and the record holds 12.4; the GSX-EX says 32 and holds 16.8. This page uses the record, which is what the game runs on.
How the time is worked out. Rate = nozzle flow × pod multiplier (no pod = ×1). Time = tank size × fill fraction ÷ rate. Hydrogen and quantum are added together because one nozzle fills one tank at a time; that ordering, and the multiplier maths, are our reading of the records, not something the game documents. Approach and docking time are not included.
Not yet confirmed in game. Nobody has stopwatched a real transfer to check that the game runs at these rates. Small hulls come out very quick (an Avenger Titan holds 0.8 SCU of hydrogen), so treat absolute times as provisional and the ranking between nozzles and pods as the solid part. If you have timed a fill, tell us what you measured.
Tanks shrank in 4.10. Comparing the 4.9 and 4.10.2 client records, 156 hydrogen tank records got smaller, by a median factor of 5. The Idris went from 6,400 SCU to 59.8, the Starfarer from 652.2 to 32.1, the Polaris from 1,100 to 58.8 and the Avenger Titan from 4.5 to 0.8. Any fuel figure from before 4.10 is out of date.
